Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager is the “team leader” responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial results, and staffing of 6-8 Mobile Home communities.
To be responsible, for all phases of the operation in the portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives, facilities management, and control of all personnel and resources so that the portfolio is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management/ maintenance services.
5 + years of related experience in property management, retail, hospitality, and/or Mobile Home Management.
** Salary is negotiable based on the size of the portfolio and area of responsibility.
Travel is required.
