To be responsible, for all Facility Operations and Inventory Management for a portfolio of up to 10 communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, safety audits, facilities management, mobile home inventory management, property visits completed and follow thru at each visit and oversight of all personnel and resources, , liaison between all field inventory personnel and resources so that the portfolio has inventory homes ready for sale at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. To adhere all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.

Experience in apartments, manufactured housing or retail. Project Management or experience in Construction environment is required.

** Salary is negotiable based on the size of the portfolio and area of responsibility.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.

Regional Manager – Boynton Beach, Florida

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager is the “team leader” responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial results, and staffing of 6-8 Mobile Home communities.

To be responsible, for all phases of the operation in the portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives, facilities management, and control of all personnel and resources so that the portfolio is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management/ maintenance services.

5 + years of related experience in property management, retail, hospitality, and/or Mobile Home Management.

Maintenance Technicians

Seeking full time Maintenance Technicians – Under the direction of Management, Members of the maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean visually appealing and clean condition.  Follows all safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

Maintenance technicians are required to have a minimum of two 2 years general experience in building trades, exterior plumbing, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. Snow plowing and lift station experience a plus.

Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills required.

Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures.

Base wage depends on the size of the community and area of responsibility.

Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, the primary function of the Property Manager is to provide competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the community as well as employees.

Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to, full accountability for asset appearance, budget review and maintenance, sales and analysis, collections, limited A/P, and providing top notch customer service. In this role, you must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi task, and most importantly, the capability and initiative to really demand and drive results.

Candidates applying to managerial positions are required to have 2-5 years of related experience in property management, retail, hospitality and/or manufactured home management. Knowledge of financials, customer retention, sales and human resources.

Property and Assistant Manager base wage is dependent on the size of the property and the area of responsibility.

The compensation package includes commissions for home sales and quarterly bonuses for superior financial results.

Property Managers are also offered on-site housing allowance after probationary period of employment.
